Farid Yahimi aka Sons of Wine is an organic négoçiant, based in Ammerschwihr Alsace. Yahimi's range is a mix of curiosities, a repository for carrying out all the thought experiments he has dreamed of over the course of two decades in the natural wine scene. In 2017, after several years of winemaking experiments in his garage, he founded his négoçiant business in his friend Christian Binner's former winery.

Domaine Dirler-Cadé

It was in 1871 that Jean Dirler settled in the tiny village of Bergholtz and founded Vins Dirler. Bergholtz and its 1,000 inhabitants are tucked up in the lower hills of the Vosges Mountains, 25km south of the city of Colmar in the Upper Rhine department of southern Alsace. Today the Domaine is run by the latest Jean Dirler, who represents the 5th generation, and his wife Ludivine.

Marie-Therese and Louis Rolly Gassmann create wines that are legendary throughout France and Europe. It is located to Rorschwihr, a sleepy village on the northern rim of Haut-Rhin. The winery and cellar, inspired by traditional vinification but with advanced modern energy conservation principles, were completed in 2017 and sit next to the original Chateau on the property. Gravity drives the process in the two-tier cellar and temperature is controlled by a thermal heat pump and highly-efficient concrete insulation. There will never be any chaptilization and primary and malolactic fermentations are driven by ambient yeasts and bacteria.

The Barlet Family has cultivated the limestone scree-filled slopes of Jongieux for 5 generations. Brothers Pascal, Noël and Julien now manage the estate under the oversight of their father, vigneron emeritus, Raymond. Julien Mas is based in and around the Provence village of Bédarrides, between Orange and Avignon in the department of the Vaucluse, with Mont Ventoux to the east and the hills of Châteauneuf du Pape just to the west.
Working organically since 2012 and biodynamically since 2015, Julien shows great care in the cultivation of his grapes and the winemaking process, harvesting by hand, not employing additives, use native yeasts for ferments, using minimal sulfur at bottling.

Domaine Saint Patrice has at its origins the Clos Saint Patrice, one of the very few monopole clos in Chateauneuf. Considered one of the finest vineyards on the plateau, the Clos is planted in ancient Grenache and Mourvedre vines, growing in the distinctive silica cobbles that define Chateauneuf.The wines are produced organically with deep respect for the terroir, vines are propagated via selection massale. Superb examples of the winemaker’s art in a clean, pure and elegant style.

Thomas Julien

Thomas Julien was raised at the bottom of Mont Ventoux in Southern Rhône and now lives in the village of Suzette, at the border of Beaume de Venise and the Ventoux AOP. He is now the third generation to make wine in the hills of Ventoux. Julien focuses toward no intervention wines that are clean and express his regional footprint. He farms 5ha by hand and let’s the fruit quality lead the way in the winemaking. Spontaneous ferments, low to no sulfur.

Coustarret

Coustarret is located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department of south-western France. The appellation of Jurançon is located on the slopes of the foothills of the Pyrenees, at an altitude of 400m and up. Domaine Coustarret’s vineyards have been passed on over seven generations. The estate dated back to the 1600s. The estate comprises only 5 hectar of vines, and Sebastien Coustarret the current generation winemaker.
