Castro Ventosa

Castro Ventosa was founded by the Perez family in 1752 and the family owns the estate ever since.
The Perez family owns 75 hectares of Mencía vineyards in Bierzo making them the biggest owners of this varietal within the Bierzo D.O.
Bierzo is in a small valley surrounded by mountains. This exceptional geographical position gives the area a specific microclimate.

Attis

Attis is a family-owned winery founded in2000 by third generation wine growers. Owned by the Fariña family, father Robustiano provides years of experience to support his sons Baldomero andRobustiano, Jr. in their management of the vineyard, winery and business operations.
The winery owns 12.3 acres of vineyards, with Albariño vinesranging from 5 to 40 years of age, planted on traditional trellises.

Rezebal Txakolina

Rezabal is a family owned winery located in the Basque country of Spain in Zarautz and belonging to PDO "Getariako Txakolina". The winery features the latest technology, using most traditional methods. The tradition of centuries preserves the characteristics of the Txakoli, and the technology is serving quality. With a vineyard of ​​22 hectares planted in a traditional high trellis system, there are two native varieties that define Rezabal Txakoli: Hondarribi-Zuri and Hondarribi-beltza.

Bodegas Ponce

Juan Antonio Ponce stands alone as the leader of Manchuela and as the master of the Bobal grape. Manchuela, a lesser-known Spanish wine region that is inland from Valencia, specializes in the Bobal variety with its thick skins and rusticity. Bodegas Ponce is a pioneer when there are very few defenders of this region and even fewer winemakers that are dedicated to this varietal.

La Vinya del Vuit

La Vinya del Vuit was founded in 2001 by a group of eight friends; Sara Perez , Rene Barbier, Ester Nin, Nuria Perez, Montse Mateos, Iban Foix, Julien and Philippe Thévenon Basté. René Barbier Jnr and Sara Perez are the oenologists for La Vinya del Vuit.
Sara Perez is considered by many to be the most important female winemaker in Spain. She is also a wine consultant, the oenologist at Mas Martinet and Venus la Universal with her husband René Barbier Jnr.

Lagar de Costa

Located in Val do Salnés, in the heart of Rias Baixas Spain, LAGAR DE COSTA is a family run winery where three generations of winemakers are dedicated to the care of the star of the area, Albarino! At Lagar de Costa, the vines grow near the coast, on the lower reaches of the river Umia at an altitude of 0-30 meters above sea level near the town of Cambados. The soil is composed of mostly granite, adding complexity and minerality throughout their wines.

Bodegas Santalba

After working in the industry for 33 years, Santiago Ijalba Garcia established Bodegas Santalba in 1998, in the Rioja town of Gimileo. Obtaining his degree in oenology in 1974, Santiago was later joined by his son, Roberto, in 1997, after he’d finished studying at UC Davis in 1996. In the winery, both father and son employ spontaneous fermentations. They use indigenous yeast from the vineyard, and never add artificial yeasts.
