Crosby Cellars
Crosby Cellars was founded around the time Tom and Julia Byrnes welcomed their second youngest child, Crosby, into the world. The brand launched with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, later expanding its portfolio to include Chardonnay in 2018. This personal connection to the Byrnes family highlights the brand's deep roots and the intimate relationship between family and business.

Bodan Roan
Bodan Roan was inspired by travels and experiences throughout the world. This is the purpose of the BR passport stamp on the lower left of the label, and a testament to the ever evolving vintage character of wine. Bodan Roan Wines are produced with a clear goal: to make straight-forward, food-friendly wines. This goal is attained through a process that begins in the vineyard, where high-quality grapes provide a base for the wine. The grapes chosen for these wines are from select vineyard sites throughout California. The winemaking style is one of little intervention.

Porter Bass Estate
Porter Bass is a highly recognized and coveted producer in California for making clean, well-balanced, biodynamic wines. Their small winery is located in the hills just above the town of Guerneville in the Russian River Valley. The vineyard was originally planted in the late 1800s but in rough shape when the Bass family purchased the estate in the 1980s. The vineyard had been intensively farmed with fertilizers and pesticides and the soil was exhausted. The Bass family converted all vineyards to biodynamics.

Red Newt
David and Debra Whiting met in the late 1980s when David was working as cellar master at a Finger Lakes winery and Debra was supervising microbiology labs at Cornell University. David’s oenological career blossomed as he worked at three different vineyards in Finger Lakes and Debra’s passion for food led her to start a gourmet cheesecake business and then an upscale catering company. The couple founded Red Newt Cellars in 1998 and Debra opened the Red Newt Bistro alongside the first wine releases in June of 1999. In 2011 Debra’s life was sadly cut short, prompting David to delegate some of his duties and hire a winemaker. In 2014 Kelby Russell, a Finger Lakes native, joined the team as the head winemaker.

Anahata
Anahata’s translation is the sanskrit word for the heart chakra. There are 24 acres planted on 9 blocks with 7x4 spacing … 8 of the blocks are named as translations of the word “JOY”. The signature block is called the “SMP” block… Sister Mary Paule was our aunt who served the children of South Africa for over 60 years building orphanages and schools.
